Was there Monday had an excellent experience called back Thursday spoke with management. RESPONDED: Appreciate the quick response. Deplorable customer service, from the ground up. There is an obvious lack of courtesy, manners and respect, and that starts from the clerks all the way to management. I have complained several times about the Forest Lane location regarding the tellers, but without any results. It's simply a lack of education and it appears that the management simply does not care! The Prosperity Bank on Forest is a great place to bank. The staff is always helpful and friendly and you never have to wait. Out of all banking experiences I have had, they rank at the top. And, unlike most banks, they have a public restroom. Rock on Prosperity Bank, I appreciate you!
