If this is the Prosperity Bank location associated with Gillian and Veronica, my experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. worst bank. never bank here. rude customer service. mistake after mistake. I was at the Dallas location.
This isn’t for this location. This is just a general review for Prosperity. As a bank I should be able to have access to my funds at all times wherever I am. If you are traveling international, a block will be put onto your card every time you use it, regardless if you put a travel notice in or not. You will have to call customer support that then has to call their manager having you on hold for 30 minutes. Both tellers, both ladies, they give the wrong impression and customer service. I had to cash my check and the manager that was serving at that time there she yelled why are you here today for, for what reason you’re here? I told her that I’m a bit disappointed why do you have to yell at the customers like this. I’m a current customer with prosperity bank.
