Front doors are constantly locked despite open hours. You have to wait for them to let you in. There’s also no atm
We have been using this branch since we moved to the area back in 2016 and always receive exceptional service everytime we visit. Connie and her staff are always very kind and attentive whenever we come in to handle our banking.
This branch has an Amazing staff! Very friendly and quick to help us with our banking needs.
They always decline my card when leaving out of Texas. I will call the 800 number beforehand and let them know the dates of travel and it still happens. Then the fraud calls start and it is a whole ordeal that takes A LOT of time dealing with while traveling. One time I was trying to buy a round of coffee for my friends and my card was declined in front of everyone. The embarrassment I felt still lingers to this day.
