🚨Update - they went from 5 stars to 1 star. If I could give 0 I would. Do NOT waste time dealing with the kids in this bank. Nothing we have requested has been completed and it’s been 3 weeks!! We are trying to handling important business affairs for our CHURCH & do to the lack of completion of what we asked to have done we have hit a brick wall yet again. Do to this bank. Went in today to take care of some long over due business and I’m so glad Mr. Rodney was there and available. We were not equipped with all our documents needed but he still managed to handle things for us so that we all didn’t have to come back. Even when I gave him a little hard time he maintained his professionalism despite my frustration. Now I’ve decided to go back and open a 2nd account (savings or money market) with him!!
Outstanding services this young man goes over board in assisting that our business account is secure and handle with clarity and convenience
