Does anybody know why I can't create a user id or password after opening up a savings and checking account? I got a email later with no information as to how to set the id or password up? I was not given any information inside the bank either on how to open my online banking app.
We bank here for a non profit... they employees are outstanding

We have banked with Prosperity bank since 2000 when it was First Capital! The branch in Seguin is by far THE BEST bank Prosperity has. The tellers, Cheryl, Kendra, and Misouki are absolutely the best! They are always helpful and knowledgeable. We can depend on them in person or by phone.
