Rude tellers that are slower than molasses and banking fees out the waszoo. Highly suggest banking anywhere else. Great service, every employee who I have been in contact with has treated me with a great attitude.
Horrible customer service! Don’t recommend. Very unhelpful.
Take your money somewhere else. Terrible customer service, employees, and all-around bad service. They closed my bank account because of a mistake they made on their end. Once the issue was corrected, i am now told I need me to pull all my money and bank somewhere else.
Unfortunately this specific branch of prosperity bank has wasted more of my time than I care to mention. With other branches of prosperity bank I have no issues leaving money in the drive through for pickup, I have no issue with depositing checks, and they are always punctual with handling my business when I come into the bank. However, the members of this branch always seem too busy to deal with me when I come in and I am stuck waiting until they are "unbusy".
