Unfortunately this specific branch of prosperity bank has wasted more of my time than I care to mention. With other branches of prosperity bank I have no issues leaving money in the drive through for pickup, I have no issue with depositing checks, and they are always punctual with handling my business when I come into the bank. However, the members of this branch always seem too busy to deal with me when I come in and I am stuck waiting until they are "unbusy". Recently I made a one time political donation in mid July. On August 1, I found the charge again, marked as recurring. I attempted to cancel this, and was led to another site. After the $1.00 refundable fee, I was charged an additional $46 fee, recurring. I received a fraud alert to which I reacted to, but was told that their system was down and I needed to go to my local branch.
