Great place to bank.
Despite positive experiences on the commercial banking side, incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience, trying to do a simple cash withdrawal for personal banking.
The entire Team at Prosperity Bank on Yale in the Heights is exceptional. Elizabeth and the whole crew go above and beyond. Everyone recognizes you when you walk thru the lobby and drive thru.
They tried to charge me $22 dollars to cash a check for $1500 that's crazy!
