Best bank, friendly staff(except 1 person), very professional, know you by name.. and will help with many things a “major” national bank won’t.
I been going there for so long but the manager should really watch this bank teller very very slow and lazy !!! I mean it as a business man myself
I went in for an ATM card replacement only to be told that the person responsible was out to lunch. Considering 12pm is a high traffic period, sufficient personnel coverage should be considered.
I went in for an ATM card replacement only to be told that the person responsible was out to lunch. Considering 12pm is a high traffic period, sufficient personnel coverage should be considered.
Stopped in & used their ATM machine. The machine gave me $100 bills. I went inside to have the bills broken down into $20 bills. The teller advised they would not give me change for my bills that their ATM disbursed because I did no have an account with them. But they sure didn’t have any problem taking my money for their ATM charge. The next bank down the street was glad to give me change. Makes my decision easy for when I look for another bank.
