I went in for an ATM card replacement only to be told that the person responsible was out to lunch. Considering 12pm is a high traffic period, sufficient personnel coverage should be considered.
Stopped in & used their ATM machine. The machine gave me $100 bills. I went inside to have the bills broken down into $20 bills. The teller advised they would not give me change for my bills that their ATM disbursed because I did no have an account with them. But they sure didn’t have any problem taking my money for their ATM charge. The next bank down the street was glad to give me change. Makes my decision easy for when I look for another bank.
I don’t even bank here but SHOUT OUT TO DIANA for taking care of me!! Her energy, promptness, and great customer service alone wants me to open up an account here! (I plan on it) prosperity bank y’all have a good one!! She is a great asset to y’all’s team!!
Why would anyone bank here? Go somewhere else, this place doesn't have a clue. Why bank somewhere small with no one else? Too limited.
