I was trying to make a call to the location noone seem to answer the phone just wanted to make sure it was open before I made a blank trip to the location . When I pulled up it was 11:39 all the blinds were closed as if the location was closed for the day .I almost drove off thinking it was closed so I decided to loop back around again just to make sure then I saw the tubes were still left out so I said to myself they have to be open. Took forever just to get a a withdrawal! there were 3 staff members in the facility and I was the only costumer, very slow service!

I have been with this bank for years. Started out with personal account around 2018, then used them for my business I started in 2020. Every step of the way has been a good experience. Whether business or personal the staff at Prosperity Bank is always there to help. Special shout-out to Vicki and Kayla, not matter what my crazy request is you two always get it figured out!!!
