Great setvice, friendly cashier and no wait. Security guard inside. Clean facility with quick and efficient customer service. It's a very good branch that I like to visit when I need to go inside for transactions. Also, this branch has a very good drive-thru. One of my preferred location for Prosperity Bank.
Place had a very sad feeling inside . I've been in funeral homes that had better vibes!
The tellers are all friendly and helpful. One reason I don't mobile deposit my checks to my account is because they make my Fridays when cashing my checks.
Chicks in the windows got too much attitude
Very dry personalities throughout the building. Not welcoming at all. Manger is has an “I don’t care” attitude. This is my home bank But as soon S I can change that I will. Terri and Nedra In magnolia take care of me and I hate the Aldine branch
