The bread is absolutely delicious! I would definitely recommend this bakery. I also loved their lobster tails. They were a favorite. Everything was fresh and well made. My only suggestion would be to add a little more warmth and friendliness to the customer service. I visited during a crazy thunderstorm and was not from the area, so I went out of my way to stop by. A more welcoming interaction would have made the experience even better.
No sign posted on door or in window about business hours. Myself and 4 other customers waiting outside at 8:15 a.m ,totally ignored by staff, had to go to Valley Stream. Everybody else left as well. Not telling people how to run their business, but other bakeries been open since 6 AM sunday morning.
Delicious cheesecake!!! I placed an order on Grubhub. I was able to get a birthday greeting written on a cheesecake. Great customer service also.
I ordered a last minute birthday cake. The cake is so beautiful!!!
