Neo Suson was very friendly and efficient. We enjoyed meeting him and are happy with the service.
Poor customer service and no follow through on what they say they will do. I went in to close an account, signed all the papers and a year later they called me stating I owed them 1k in NSF fees. I told them I closed the account and gave them the date, and after much back and forth with their incompetent management team they waived the fee. Do not bank here. Also the teller Theresa is extremely rude and unprofessional.
I have been working with Jaspal to sort out my insurance needs and he has been incredibly helpful. He is very knowledgeable about the different options and was very dedicated to finding the best fit for my needs
