Banana Rajput at prospera Bank was very helpful to my mother and I through a time of difficulty after my father passed away.
Beans rajput is a total asset to the branch. I left the Westminster credit union, and that was a huge loss to lose the familiar faces that we saw upfront. At least now they’ve been replaced with some customer service highly expertise people who can help navigate the new systems without added stress. I hope that with all these changes, this is something that’s never changed because it was what made the Westminster credit union stand out where people who knew people. What an improvement with the call center! None of that feeling that the agents are sadists...laughing at people who call...needing information! Maybe they DON'T work at home; chatting endlessly in front of the computer (with each other) even on their day off. None of thst...timing how long each caller should wait; giggling endlessly at the same jokes Those call cener agents who think ythey are popular 😳 when they get cslls?
I was on hold for over 40 minutes. Finally gave up. Now I have to drive there to do what I was trying to do on the phone. .
