Had my first experience here and cannot recommend this place enough! From the warm welcome and beverages that are offered when you walk in, to the itemized list and cost they go over with you BEFORE they do any work, I couldn’t be more impressed. They are very warm and welcoming, nonjudgemental, and overall put the patient first. I’m even recommending this place to my husband (but he himself will be scheduling that because he’s a grown man). Overall, 10/10!
I had a great experience at Prosper Smile Studio. The staff was super friendly and the environment was really welcoming — coffee and treats included. Service was quick, and they explained my options and follow-up care clearly and in detail. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great dental office. They’ll take great care of you and your family.
Believe the 5 star hype! I was looking for a new dentist closer to home and they had amazing reviews. I was a bit skeptical, but they didn’t disappoint at all. Honestly, from the moment I called to schedule the appointment, and the ever so kind Solomon answered, I was feeling positive. I went here after an acquaintance recommended it and I am glad I did. I went to a big corporate dental chain about 3 weeks prior and they refused to do a normal cleaning on me...Insisted I must do a deep cleaning and aggressive antibiotic treatment that cost $4000 despite no evidence of periodontal disease...I was suspicious of it because I went to another dentist 6 months prior and they just did a normal cleaning and said there were no serious issues, so I didn't believe it had gotten so much worse in 6 months.
