We recently hosted our son’s birthday at Prosper Playhouse, and the staff did a wonderful job helping us get everything organized. They were friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable for both the kids and the parents. We also visit regularly on weekends, and it’s one of our favorite places to go. Went into and asked for the 2 hour play and the lady at the desk looked at me and told me she needed to ask the manager if that was okay since they are under new management. I told her it was promoted on the website and she still needed to ask for permission from the manager. Thankfully they honored it. What was really upsetting was how dirty the bathrooms were. Beware that the prices that were listed as of today (5/21/26) are not the actual prices. They no longer do 2 hour window or offer sibling discount; even though both of these are listed under the FAQ of their web site. The attendant claimed those were promotional prices and had to contact the manager to get the price reduced to $10. They would not honor the sibling discount. We had our daughters 4th & 2nd birthday party here and it was best decision ever. I love that it entertains ages from 1-13 years old and they have different play areas. It was clean and very will maintained. The owners were there for our party and did everything for us and made it such an easy process. Coming back for next years party :)
I hosted a private birthday party for my 2 kids turning 5 and 3 and had an awesome experience! We had kids aged 2 - 11 in attendance and everyone seemed to have a great time. Management was quick to respond to my every question. They got extra seating and tables for everyone and had the place all set up for us upon arrival.
