I highly recommend this practice. I already reviewed them on their other location last year, but writing this here because I've since had another child and dealt with more of their staff. The practice manager, the reception staff and both of their doctors I've met so far (Dr Kent and Dr Hargreaves) are simply amazing. They went above and beyond to help us when I had my 2nd child and we were discharged early from the hospital due to having an infectious respiratory illness. The receptionist called us to cancel the booking 30 minutes before the appointment time when I arrived the practice parking. I do understand emergency circumstances but she didn’t inform about the rescheduling at all when she called. We had to call back about the reschedule. She also didn’t inform about the location has changed when we rescheduled over the phone. You need to inform over the phone as well as sending a text.
