I’ve been seeing Dr. Yanni for 7 years, and she is an amazing doctor who always had my daughter’s best interests at heart. However, my recent experience with Prosper Paediatrics has been extremely disappointing. After requesting an appointment for my daughter, I was told to seek care through the public system, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. They refuse to transfer you to there Superior when you have a complaint. They keep bookings even when told no more appointments are needed then charge you for not showing up even when gave notice as per policy months in advance at the end of an appointment. Very unprofessional keeping appointments when told not to and then trying to charge families for them not cancelling as told.
