I was shocked to be billed $1500 for a cleaning and xrays (for two children). When I brought the kids in for the appointment, I asked to pay up front and they asked me to wait. If they were honest up front of fees for routine visits, I would have left. Which is probably why they didn't tell me. Do not rec'd this practice.

First of all, the front desk staff was unprofessional. The office is small so you can hear everything. The lead for the front office was upset with her staff for scheduling appts on July 3rd and telling them to cancel all the appts or move them. Secondly, when I called the office, they told me they took my insurance, Aetna. After I completed my ortho consultation, they then told me that my insurance wasn't accepted. Said they took our insurance when I made the appointment, but after we were checked in and in the room they said they don’t-they also said they didn’t have my insurance information to give real estimates (I gave this to them on the phone when I made the appointment). They tried the hard sell for me to see them anyway, but I wanted to call my insurance and talk to them first. They said they would call for real estimates and call me back. I didn’t hear from them.
