I needed a bathroom remodel and I was stuck between going with a bathroom remodeling contractor that had a better price, but who also didn't have great reviews, or going with Prosper Construction Development Fremont. I decided to go for Prosper Construction Development Fremont because of the reviews. Not only do they offer great work, but their prices are really competitive too!

They actually performed a well-done garage conversion to living space that even gave me up to an 80% ROI. They considered building a space that flows naturally from the upstairs and looks like it's part of the home. For garage conversion, they are the best in the field.

They made coordinating of materials, installation, trash removal, and working with other trades a very smooth experience.
