Been buying CBD with turmeric capsules for years and the product seem to work OK for me. Now the company is redoing their pricing system and more than doubled. My cost numerous emails to their customer service queen have wasted a lot of my time. I’m just gonna go elsewhere for my CBD and turmeric purposes. It’s impossible to get a hold of anybody except the customer service queen.
I am having a difficult time getting through to talk to someone. Answering machine on a loop saying our phone lines are full, refer you to e-mailing Barb.I returned product to sender and did e-mail Barb but they didn’t get back to me in 24 hours as stated in their reply. Charged 79.99 on 2 separate credit cards and haven’t received a refund as of yet. Will contact card companies next.
I ordered and they charged me double. I had to have my bank get my money back
