Met David at a coin show and asked about his ability to refine gold panned in Stafford, New Zealand. Some of the panned flakes were mercury contaminated. David took the unrefined gold, gave me a receipt for the submission as I am not a resident of Fort Collins or Colorado and he asked for about a month on the turnaround of the refining order. I’d give them one star but I’ve previously bought from them and it was a normal experience. Currently they’re selling things they don’t have, without advertising that, and no follow up emails to let you know. I bought gold 6 weeks ago and haven’t gotten any shipping info. They say they’ll call me back, they don’t. They don’t respond to my emails asking for an update. I’ve worked with David over the years and he’s a very trustworthy guy, and he has a great pricing structure for payouts. Has a great store too. He was able to scrap some old school silver contacts for me that had Cadmium in them. He did it when no one else would do it AND he paid the most. I highly recommend him.
