Met David at a coin show and asked about his ability to refine gold panned in Stafford, New Zealand. Some of the panned flakes were mercury contaminated. David took the unrefined gold, gave me a receipt for the submission as I am not a resident of Fort Collins or Colorado and he asked for about a month on the turnaround of the refining order. I’d give them one star but I’ve previously bought from them and it was a normal experience. Currently they’re selling things they don’t have, without advertising that, and no follow up emails to let you know. I bought gold 6 weeks ago and haven’t gotten any shipping info. They say they’ll call me back, they don’t. They don’t respond to my emails asking for an update.
