Zach was very professional and did a great job on a difficult repair. I am very appreciative that he was willing to fix my furnace rather than just tell me to get a new one. That type of work ethic and professionalism goes a long way in a small town.
Several plumbing issues needed fixing, including leaks, filter improvement and softener replacement. Prospector was easy to work with on setting up and completing my projects. Morgan was very personable and helped me understand the process and what would be the best fix. He even found a leak I had not seen. Morgan was able to complete all the fixes quickly to minimize the time the water needed to be turned off. I highly recommend Morgan and Prospector.
