Jared was polite and professional in every way and gave me an estimate for boiler repairs and then proceeded to get the job done on the same day! He was fantastic!
Stephen O. Is such an amazing plumber and person. He's very smart and has amazing people skills. I'm a property manager and a good deal of experience. That being said, Stephen can thoroughly and plainly explain all his work to the tenets who are less knowledgeable. I think that's such a great quality to have. Sidney in the office is an absolute pleasure to communicate through this large project. It's always a quality and genuine work provided by PP.
They do good work. Some of their prices feel like extortion though.

Great service! We had no water pressure due to a pipe issue that had to be replaced with time. Now our water is back up and running with no issues! The service was quick and easy! No wait time at all!
