I love that this store always has what I need and what I want. The brands that are for our environment and the colors and prints for all styles. I love the help I get from the staff and that I can let my boys go shop and they will be treated with respect and will be helped as if they are adults. I don’t have to hover because I know my boys will be helped and will find what they need.
Very unhelpful, if I could give it a zero star review I would. I had a question about a coat I wanted to buy and no one gave me the time of day.

Hi Carla sorry about your experience. Friday was the busiest Black Friday sale we have ever had. The staff was simply overwhelmed and we had everyone there. We certain recognize that customer service is essential.
I came in today to drop some cash on new winter outfits for my son and possibly me. Not one single person acknowledged our existence so we happily walked out after a good 15 minutes and took my business else where.
So incredibly grateful to have such an amazing outdoor store here in Valdez. Quality products & competitive pricing.
