I was in search of a new and upcoming company that has a sharp and unique approach on things and then I came across prospective. Maria and Dan were super helpful and guided me towards the right direction and in return I fell in love with my home again. I would definitely recommend this company over and over again.
They do not pay their bills and will get liens placed on your home. Contractors should not work with them and customer should look elsewhere.
My company Next Step Niagara supplied and installed these mono beam stairs and treads. We had challenges a long the way but we made sure the job was done complete and to the engineered stamped drawings provided to Dan, he assured me I would be paid once the project was complete. To date, I have not received even one payment.
To be honest i was very skeptical before I started looking for a builder in south Florida I'm from New York and we decided to relocate to north miami .got tired of the cold wheater. I bought an empty lot in a realy nice neighborhood and decide to build a beautiful home for me and my lovely wife. I got dan and eidans number from a friend that lives in Miami.
