I'm sad to say this is the worst doctors surgery that I've ever been part of mostly they just seem so unorganized and don't really care about you and it seems to take them along time to sort things out for you there is always a mess about with them I'm planning on leaving this surgery.
Outstanding! I've had fantastic care and treatment from the staff at Prospect Surgery. The receptionists ard very polite and helpful, the nurses have been great and the doctors have been thorough, professional and have given me excellent care and treatment. I cannot fault them.
I can't fault this surgery. The staff are helpful and polite. Rang 10 minutes ago for an appointment for my mum, the doctor rang her straight back and has ordered her medication. I am very impressed and happy to give credit where credit is due. Very happy customers.
I do think it's ridiculous you can only ring for a prescription between 10-12 I'm at work all week and they aren't open weekends I managed to ring 10 minutes before 12 and there's 8 people in the queue, really needs sorting out.
