Have had our JLR cars serviced and MOTed here for a long time. A better down to earth experience and less expensive than the JLR main dealer. Need to book in advance as they are usually busy with their loyal customers.
Wouldn’t even give 1 star but had to choose something. Call themselves a Mercedes specialist..I bought a merc around a year ago, kept getting an intermittent engine light, took it there numerous times and all they did was plug it in to the diagnostic, clear the engine light and tell me to come back if and when it comes on again, weren’t interested in actually getting to the root cause of the issue. Wow !! At a time when you expect average customer service. I called as an emergency to a problem with my car. Not only Eddie on reception or Alix the engineer, They were fantastic, friendly and very knowledgeable !! They have a new deadicated customer ... AND what a surprise no charge !! U ubelieveable and "THE BEST"
Efficient and courteous
Car collected for MOT and dropped back to us afterwards! It's even been washed, which was very welcome after a return journey from a weeks holiday the day before! Always top service Prospect, thank you so much!
