The receptionist, Tammy, was incredibly helpful, attentive, and thorough. She went above and beyond by asking great follow-up questions to ensure all my needs were met. It is rare to find such excellent and proactive customer service these days. It was a successful moment for me as I’m very tight with money but with her help she made it possible💐🙏🏽
Everytime I walked into the Prospect Road Dental I feel welcome and greated by nice receptionists. Very nice, professional and caring dr Akshay Dalvi and dental nurse. Highly recommend and giving 5 stars
Today, I had two small fillings, I was very dubious about not having a pain killing injection. As promised, it didn’t hurt a bit. And I am old school with horror stories in the past. Now I am grateful to Dr Gab that I back to a six monthly check up. I felt very comfortable and heard unlike any other dentist I’ve seen before. Dr Gabe is so informative and Dennis his assistant was so efficient. From the moment I walked in the receptionist was warm and welcoming.
Can’t speak highly enough about Dr Rachel and the team at Prospect Road. I have bad anxiety around dental work and was very nervous but Dr Rachel was absolutely amazing! Honestly had no hesitation to book a follow up appointment and start to get things sorted after today’s visit. Usually it would take me a while to work up the courage to book but the care and kindness I experienced today whilst having a tooth removed with next to no pain was phenomenal.
