We love our apartment, the neighborhood, Savoy, and the landlord Royse + Brinkmeyer. Everyone we have worked with from the initial appointment, showing, lease signing, and maintenance has been above and beyond my expectations. I've rented many apartments all over the country, from small private owners to corporations, and this has been my best experience. I have lived at Prospect Point for almost 6 years and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. Besides being a quiet and well maintained location, it is also close to everything I need except for my dentist. I have been blessed with great neighbors in my building as well as nice friendly people in the other buildings here. Also has a property manager on site should I have any questions. Definitely a location to investigate when looking for an apartment !
