If you’re considering Prospect Place, you should think twice. Residents are treated as an afterthought here. The so called “community events” are nothing more than lackluster attempts to look engaged, the building upkeep is extremely sloppy, and apartments are left with ongoing issues. The pool policy is a joke (especially if you live in 310), and parking enforcement is just harassment at this point. I literally got a $60 ticket while I had a valid parking pass, all because I rented a U-Haul to store my things while management had my floors changed from carpet to vinyl (which they charged me an extra $250/month for). Marina, the manager, knew exactly what was happening in my unit, but instead of being reasonable, they called the cops and issued a ticket. Staff is always friendly and helpful.
Although we didn't end up leasing an apartment here due to proximity and timing, we would highly recommend. Property is very well maintained, leasing office extremely knowledgeable and responsive (we dealt with Sarah C.) and the front desk excellent. In fact, we have since recommended family and friends to this complex!
