The pool policy is a joke (especially if you live in 310), and parking enforcement is just harassment at this point. I literally got a $60 ticket while I had a valid parking pass, all because I rented a U-Haul to store my things while management had my floors changed from carpet to vinyl (which they charged me an extra $250/month for). Staff is always friendly and helpful.
Although we didn't end up leasing an apartment here due to proximity and timing, we would highly recommend. Property is very well maintained, leasing office extremely knowledgeable and responsive (we dealt with Sarah C.) and the front desk excellent. In fact, we have since recommended family and friends to this complex!
Not Worth the $3K+ Rent — Believe the Negative Reviews I’ve lived in this complex (300/310 buildings) for many years and I can confirm: all the negative reviews are 100% true. Yes, the apartments are spacious—but they’re extremely outdated. Rent is over $3,000 a month, and for that price, you get constant noise, fights in the lobby ( TEENS) , hallways that reek of weed and cigarettes 24/7, and groups of young men hanging around with their pants sagging in the lobby .
