Lived here after moving from a different state. They ran by people who were embezzling money , including my deposit and pet deposit which I ended having to pay again because when they got a new manager they didn't seem to care. The trailer we lived in was terrible. We had water main bust MULTIPLE times. Cats lived everywhere under our trailer. We could see outside through our floor and it was never resolved. Lot rent is too high and they constantly lie about trimming trees, don't even clean the empty lots but complain of other tenants not being clean. About done with these con artist. This is coming from someone living here since 1998!!!
