Brian was very persistent with the HOA and through his efforts was able to get a loan done that two previous buyer's lenders were not able to do. He also communicated every step of the way with the buyer to let him know what was going on. Definitely felt like I had a lender that was working as part of a team to help me complete the transaction. Brian did a great job; his persistence and determination were instrumental in getting this transaction completed.
