I had a great experience at this ultrasound clinic. The staff were welcoming and professional from the moment I arrived. The lady was gentle, kind, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the scan. The clinic was clean, well-organized, and my appointment ran on time. I truly appreciated the care and respect I received. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone needing an ultrasound.
Receptionist/ultrasound technician was very blunt and rude over the phone so I matched her attitude, she didn’t like that and tried lecturing me on my way out of my appointment this morning, something about me being 5 min late and not having decency/respect. If you’d like a certain amount of kindness and respect I’d recommend leading by example, because your going to get what u give when it comes to me

I can't recommend "Prospect Medical Imaging" highly enough - especially if you are bringing your children here 😊 I had an appointment a month ago for wrist ultrasounds. Agnes was an absolute 'one-woman show' - she handled the reception check-in and did the scans herself, remaining incredibly professional and warm through my appointment.
