This company is completely useless people on phone are polite but are dealing with a system that is totally uninformed. Failed four times to find me a doctor for routine procedure. 1 dr was 85 miles from my home,2 drs were out of business,1 was deceased. They have no idea what they are doing. Should not be in charge of peoples lives. Had to have my insurance company find me a new ipa. This should not be my problem & waste my time. Just stay away!!
I have had a terrible time getting a referral to an ID doctor through Prospect Medical Group. Dealing with their customer service department is crazy making at best. It is taking literally months for a referral that should have taken a week. I would not recommend this Medical Group. I was assigned to them by Healthnet, UGH what a nightmare. My last doctor told me that he hates Prospect as well because they are difficult to deal with.
