Worst experience with the service from Prospect.
Would give 0 stars if I could. Possibly the worst health care imaginable, my experience has been terrible. Completely disorganized, questionable doctors and rude staff. Avoid at all costs
Have not had a good experience yet.
Have been trying to get an appointment for a very long time. They never answer the phone and I’ve called during business hours. Shows what kind of health care they provide if they can’t even answer the phone. Do not come.
Terrifying actually. If you realize you’re being serviced by this medical group, I would immediately look into switching to another medical group. It’s not just that they cannot/will not communicate and make sure people can get actual care in a timely manner. I am very sure a lot of medical professionals will not do anything for you if they see that you are with prospect medical.
