This eyesore should be torn down. It destroys the view from the National Mall when looking from the Lincoln Memorial. How could Arlington County ever have approved of this abomination?
Amazing condominium. Spectacular views of the DC monuments, plus the Iwo Jima memorial just a block away. Unique architecture with multi-level units and hallways only on floors 2, 5, 8, and 11. Beautiful landscaping. Huge pool. Helpful staff. Well managed and has never needed owners to pay on unplanned extra special assessments. Even has a convenience store in the lower level.
My husband I lived here in the mid-90's and came back in 2020. We often say how much we enjoy living here. The Radnor Heights neighborhood is a quiet residential neighborhood in Rosslyn so convenient to everything. I never tire of the views of DC.
