What a wonderful, historical place to stay. The service, staff and food are excellent. Beautiful setting on 42 acres in the Blue Ridge foothills. We stayed two nights and can't wait to come back! Proprietors Jim and T. have created a wonderful Inn. If my wife and I were getting married all over again, this is the place we would choose.

I highly recommend Prospect Hill if you are looking for the perfect getaway. From booking through checkout, the experience was flawless. T and Jim are incredible hosts, with focus on every detail to create a relaxing and romantic environment. Jim’s culinary skills and T’s amazing hospitality are the perfect combination for creating an unforgettable bed and breakfast experience!

Prospect Inn was the perfect place for a nice, quiet getaway away. We stayed in the summer cottage which was so warm, inviting, and comfortable. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. We walked the nature trail and took in a nice clear evening at the fire pit. T and Jim were very friendly and welcoming. We'll absolutely be back.

Truly magical experience! The property is so charming and relaxing, my mom and daughter did not want to leave. T and Jim are the consummate hosts - friendly, attentive, and genuine. Jim’s food was all delicious for us vegetarians. The lodging was so special - historic but with modern amenities. Already planning our return!
