RecommendedIt's a pretty decent and quiet place, but make sure to read the lease. When we signed the lease, some of the utilities were going to be payed for. Now after 3 or 4 months in, we're having to pay for all the utilities.
It is a very quiet neighborhood. Apartments are very nice and spacious.
I completely regret my decision to live at Prospect Hill.This new management company is completely awful and will squeeze money out of you every chance they get. I advise you look elsewhere or you may also spend most of your living experience frustrated and just counting down they days until you can escape.
Strongly do not recommend. This rental property is basically fine until you move out and then they show their true colors. I have lived in numerous apartments over the years and never been treated so unfairly regarding a security deposit. My situation is very similar to several other residents who have been slammed with unjustified, large fees upon move out. We just moved in a few months ago, but we absolutely love this place. The employees are friendly, it's very well maintained, very close to downtown, and other areas. I'm very very pleased with living here, and I'm very glad we decided to rent here.
