I’ve been trying to get a 6th floor nurse on the phone for three days, NOTHING and no return call is reprehensible. A patient is crying for water and her bell is being ignored. #epicfail DO BETTER
RecommendedProspect heights was where my mom was to pass away peacefully and they were wonderful. 8 years later they cared for my father who was diagnosed with COVID. They literally brought him back from death. They cared for him and they went of their way to keep his family in touch with him. I owe them everything especially the girl that answers the main phone. She was my savior when I couldn’t locate him because of a mix up of phone extensions. I’ll always be grateful.
They made me wait 25-mins to use the bathroom for the overnight cNA tell me she not doing nothin for me
Excellent center , great rehab ! Highly recommend !
