First: A Mr. Hendricks sends email telling me to auto sign a document. I don't know a Hendricks. When I receive email to auto sign a document, which I never have before, I want to know why and who. I do not open mail like this it goes to trash. I received a second email with the same lack of information from the same sender. I gathered it had to do with tax preparation. Joel is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and professional. We have used Prospect Financial to help us with our taxes for several years. Our tax returns include business, rental, and personal forms. I feel relieved each year knowing that we have written off every deduction possible in an ethical, risk-free way.
Highly do NOT recommend this place. It’s unprofessional and they will not bother to even reply to emails. They will make mistakes on your taxes and refuse to talk about it and leave you to find someone else to fix their mistakes.
John did our taxes. He was very professional and thorough. Also, the office staff were very friendly and made the experience a lot easier.
