If I could give this place a 0 I would! I paid for this company to do my 2022 business and personal taxes and the IRS informed me that it was never filed. They took my money and never did filed them. Now i owe due to their gross incompetence. I do not recommend this company at all as they are terrible at communication, terrible at customer service, and they never filed my taxes. WORST tax company out there! DO NOT COME HERE.

First: A Mr. Hendricks sends email telling me to auto sign a document. I don't know a Hendricks. When I receive email to auto sign a document, which I never have before, I want to know why and who. I do not open mail like this it goes to trash. I received a second email with the same lack of information from the same sender. I gathered it had to do with tax preparation.
