I've gone here for many years seeing Dr. Edwards, who moved, but now I see Dr. McQueen and he's just as good and I like him even better in some ways. I have a number of health problems and I feel he always listens to my concerns and seems knowledgeable. I've also seen Dr. McLeod on one or two occasions, and she is also very nice and has helped me. Dr. Edwards hid in his office when I assisted an elderly woman in with severe chest pain from his office . He said “ it wasn’t his pt and he was booked. I’m a nurse … my jaw dropped . Called an ambulance and she was obviously having a heart attack .
I'm truly disappointed in my recent experience with a provider at this office. I reached out for assistance concerning SSRI medication adjustment; non narcotic & my blatant request are being ignored. It's unfortunate for those SEEKING mental health assistance have to fight so hard to advocate for themselves.
