Booking appointments at this office is a joke. That is if the staff even picks up the phone. I had an awful experience with a woman named Sasha who was condescending, unprofessional and sighed throughout the entire booking process for my father. The doctor spends all of 2 minutes with you before rushing out of the room to the next patient. Any problem I’m father had was told to make an appointment with a specialist within the network. This rating is for the phlebotomist at this office, I had my physical on 11/14 and had to get blood drawn as phlebotomist insert the needle in my arm I felt an electric shock from my thumb to where the needle was, I said ouch loud she didn't stop and kept the needle in to finish drawing the blood, now I have tingling, sharp pain and some numbness in my thumb I will definitely not be getting my blood drawn from this person ever again
