Chad designed and built a one-of-a-kind shed for our backyard. The quality of design and craftsmanship far surpassed what I thought might be achievable in our budget range. He has truly been a pleasure to work with and is someone I look forward to working with again as we line up many other projects for our yard. Highly recommend!
We hired Chad Sands / Prospect Design initially to do the design of our backyard... thinking we would install it ourselves. We ended up using him for the full install because he was so professional and willing to work within our budget.
