My friend got her wisdom tooth removal done here. Firstly, they wouldn’t do all 4 together with no explanation as to why, so if you’d rather get it done all at once, that’s not an option. They gave her very few post-op instructions and did not provide any antiseptic mouth rinse or a syringe to clean the sockets. All this negligence on the providers part resulted in dry socket. My husband came here for a filling, but unfortunately the procedure went wrong — the dentist drilled too deep and reached the nerve, which caused irreversible damage. It was a really disappointing experience. Dental care can be costly, so I hope others take this as a reminder to choose carefully. Sadly, I wouldn’t recommend this clinic based on our experience.
Called from an inbound cruise ship (still at sea), Lyndsey did a great job of planning, fitting, and assuring me they would take good care of me. Short bit of online paperwork is all. I had been using the dental services at Prospect Dental for over 15 years. When I learned that Dr. Kang had left (he was truly awesome!!) and was no longer running the practice, I initially planned to switch to another provider. However, the office manager, Maya, kindly and clearly introduced me to their new care plan, and I found it surprisingly compelling.
