Called from an inbound cruise ship (still at sea), Lyndsey did a great job of planning, fitting, and assuring me they would take good care of me. Short bit of online paperwork is all. I had been using the dental services at Prospect Dental for over 15 years. When I learned that Dr. Kang had left (he was truly awesome!!) and was no longer running the practice, I initially planned to switch to another provider. However, the office manager, Maya, kindly and clearly introduced me to their new care plan, and I found it surprisingly compelling. I’ve been a patient here for over 5 years, and this is truly the best dental practice in Boston. The office manager went above and beyond to resolve a misunderstanding quickly and professionally, and the owner personally gave me another chance as a customer — a rare sign of how much they value their patients.
