stressful enough being in a accident last thing you need is to worry if you car that you left at this shop will get repaired properly well i can say i've been here 2 x and each time i swear i couldn't tell where the damage was i hope i don't need to come back but if i do i know my car is in the best possible hands

I have been going to Prospect Auto for over 10 years. Gino,Emilio and Angelo are 3 Brothers that know what customer service means. Gino is great for Auto repairs, Angelo is great for the Body and Collision and Emilio is the glue that keeps it all together along with Emilio's daughter and Jr in the office. I have been to other mechanics as a short cut and always regretted not taking it straight to Prospect Auto... This is a place I will take my car to and recommend you take your car to as well...

I had to change my review. Junior is still a great manager. They fixed my trunk in less than a week. The trunk had issues with water getting in and creaking sounds every-time I hit a bump or uneven road. They adjusted my trunk and fixed the noise. But I kept coming back because of the water. They kept doing a “water test” and telling me they couldn’t replicate the issue. I was maybe coming once a week because I kept getting water in my trunk. Now this is where shit goes down hill.
