I was flying out of Detroit and need a wheelchair. I ordered it previously when I checked intoy flight. I waited in line for 30 min and would have missed my flight if I continued to wait. So I walked very slowly to my gate. When I got to my gate, a prospect agent was there waiting for me. He scanned my boarding pass, but he didn't help me at all. It was very strange. Terrible company who hires a bunch of children who barely talks to the elderly or even makes them feel comfortable and lacks professionalism. Poor management!!! Seems to be ran by family and friends if you’re new they treat you like trash and plays you out of your tips don’t train you well and always push you off on others who will dip out on you. Company needs to be shutdown and rebranded indefinitely!!!!
Worse airport wheelchair service!! Never have enough workers & the workers they do have are rude & disrespectful. They separate couples & leave elderly sitting in a wheelchair for long periods of time. These people are not sensitive to the elderly & disabled.
This company is a big joke with the laziest workers. Good luck trying to get a wheelchair, they’ll leave you sitting there. And if you try getting a wheelchair when coming off the plane, be prepared to face lazy workers with the worst attitudes who will deny you wheelchair services even though you have one requested.
