Today some rude idiot left my mother at the gate (arrival gate 72A) and failed to return....this company sucks and I won't mention the lazy girl who did want to help or call for wheelchair assistance the day we departed....
I recently traveled June 19th-22nd with my 85 year old father who required wheelchair assistance. Upon our return on June 22nd there were no wheelchairs or individuals at the gate upon de boarding the plane. A call was placed by one of the Delta employees. Two individuals from Prospect Services showed up with wheelchairs and left. They did not assist the passengers. I only gave them one star because negative stars wasn’t an option. This is by far the absolute worst company i have ever seen. For them to handle customers needing assistance with wheelchair services is down right disturbing. There is no reason passengers have to wait over and hour to get pushed to or from a gate, And sometimes not get service at all. They have been horrible for years and each year it gets worse. Mersal was wonderful and a pleasure to have help my gf he payed attention and was nice to talk to while he took her around. Hes very strong!
Alexis was rude to me and my family the entire time helping us go from tsa to gate d1 and should be fired for his disrespectful attitude
