Abel Hak was super attentive and helpful ! He arranged to make sure my 91 year old mother was well taken care to transport her to departing gate for a flight on Delta! He was kind and my mom appreciated his patience and warmth! Shout out to Dawn who whisked my mom away through the busy terminal, through security, arranged for a needed bio stop and to her gate safe and sound and on time! Abdel and Sam were attentive, friendly, and did a great job managing the crowd while making sure travelers felt cared for. We appreciated their kindness and assistance.
We were travelling with our mom who required wheelchair assistance at DTW. She received the wheelchair immediately with an attendant. Abdelhaq was in charge of the area and offered great support.
The agent at the counter was incredibly rude and talk down to you. I walked away mid conversation and went to the ticket counter. Considering they work for tips the experience was trrrible.
0 stars. Absolutely deplorable service. We flew on 9/19 out of DTW. My husband had a recent injury requiring the use of crutches and we booked assistance to the airplane door. We arrived 3 hours early and checked in at the Delta counter. They called Prospect and they said someone would be right there to assist. 45 minutes later we called Prospect and the man said he had just clocked in and would be right up. Another 25 minutes later the delta employee said you still don't have a wheelchair. We said no. She brought us a chair... read more
