I recently needed wheelchair assistance getting off an American Airlines flight from Charlotte to Milwaukeee. I was picked up by a very courteous young man named Joel. I have to say he was very kind, and very patient. Our luggage was delayed for about 20 minutes getting to the baggage claim and he waited with me and my wife until our luggage showed up. Then he took us to the shuttle to get our car. I have to say that Joel is a star and you should give him a raise! Thank you Joel.
Service is consistently poor with Delta at Detroit Metro with this company. Ridiculously long wait times.
Upper management is sickening.
