Horrible service. I made an appointment a week before with the same girl I had before because I liked her service. The day of appointment I get a text that it’s been changed to another employee, when I called they said sorry she’s overbooked! Clearly she wasn’t overbooked last week when I made an appointment, my time slot was given to another customer. Not a good way to do business, I will never return.
I've come here a few times for manicure, pedicure or both, as well as both shellac and regular. I can recommend their facilities (clean and spacious), services, as well as staff ( very friendly but also ok with peaceful silence if that's what you want. Also pretty baby friendly.
I called ahead before coming in, and the person who answered (likely the owner or manager) told me I could come in. When I arrived, a woman with glasses asked me to wait, saying someone would assist me soon. I ended up waiting 30 minutes, only for her to then tell me that no one could take me because they were overbooked. The staff seemed completely disorganized and unaware of what was going on. On top of that, they didn’t even apologize for wasting my time. Terrible customer service—would not recommend.
Wanted to like this place but nail polish started chipping after 3 days. (Did bio gel on natural nails) went back to get them fixed and started chipping again 3 days later…
