I called ahead before coming in, and the person who answered (likely the owner or manager) told me I could come in. When I arrived, a woman with glasses asked me to wait, saying someone would assist me soon. I ended up waiting 30 minutes, only for her to then tell me that no one could take me because they were overbooked. The staff seemed completely disorganized and unaware of what was going on. On top of that, they didn’t even apologize for wasting my time. Terrible customer service—would not recommend.
Wanted to like this place but nail polish started chipping after 3 days. (Did bio gel on natural nails) went back to get them fixed and started chipping again 3 days later…
Jenny tran got to be most rudest employee ever went for pedicure had bit pain wondered if it was ingrown asked her she said she wasnt done i know i asked her question.she had a fit and walked away found this terrible service.been going here for over 20yrs.i am paying so i deserve right to ask what i need. Po is the best nail tech in all of Durham and Toronto! He has kept my natural nails long and healthy for years because he is so gentle and attentive to my preferences. Other salons used to pressure me to get bio gel, which was more expensive and weakened/broke my nails. Po does an amazing shellac manicure that lasts and keeps my nails strong and long. You can 100% trust Po to keep your long nails healthy!
