I previously left a negative review due to a poor experience. Recently, I gave them another chance and got a Shellac manicure it peeled off the next day. When I called, they initially agreed to redo it, but later the manager called to say they wouldn't serve me anymore because of my past review. I was told to collect a refund and never come back. I find this extremely unprofessional and disappointing."
I booked an appointment online with Jay, but when I arrived, he walked out pretending I had no appointment. Another lady took me instead and was extremely rude told me to “come tomorrow” if I didn’t pick a color fast, then later said “you can go home, I can’t do it.”. I felt humiliated and disrespected. Terrible service, I will never go back.
I only go to Nancy here. She does excellent manicures and pedicures with designs. She knows how to pamper. She is chatty if you want to talk but quiet if you don't. They invested in new massage chairs which are nice. I only give four stars since some others there are not friendly and don't even take the time to smile or say hello. The others are on their phones a lot even when their client's are choosing nail polish or washing their hands during a nail treatment. No engagement. Strange. Choose Nancy since she is the best!
Im giving 2 star because I had an awful experience with this Pro spa .today (22/Aug/2025 ) I had an appointment for Shellac pedicure manicure and I asked them on phone call I need an extra thing that I want to keep my own nail with a same Shape and put powder on it and make the nail stronger like Acrylic !so who ever was picking up my phone he said yes we will do and for both feet and hand $70 we charge,so if said please book that service for me .but today every employee was their so attitude they said no You were booked for... read more
Took the lady with a LATER appointment than me, before me, left me sitting. Then, began to apply shellac although I asked for regular polish. Not happy with my polish job either. Won’t be back.
