I have never been treated so poorly by management of a company. I worked for a builder and believed Pro Source was a great company but they fail to handle situations properly and timely. We used them for purchasing materials for a bathroom renovation. We had an issue and needed to return an item, and while the sales staff was helpful (Ashlee and Ann) the manager Andrew lacks integrity. RecommendedWe worked with Nick Sweeney and he was outstanding. He gave us professional advice and his knowledge of their tile inventory was extremely helpful. We have our tile on order and are anxiously waiting to have our installer begin the process. I would not consider using another tile vendor in place of ProSource. We will be customers again and highly recommend that if you have tile needs, go in and talk to Nick.
RecommendedFirst let me say I've been a member since they first opened . I have sent countless customers in and have never heard of a problem from 1 of my customers . Or ever had problem with the delivery or pickup of the ordered material .their expert knowledge as well as their courteous attitude with the customers. I have even ordered carpet for a relative and they were able to pick it up at a Pro Source in N.J. ! I would recommend Pro Source of Nassau to any one .
