Cecilia was wonderful. Knowledgeable, friendly and she suggested tiles that I chose!
I went to try and get a similar floor to what i had to patch a damaged part. The recepcionist made it clear she couldn't get the exact same piece but something similar. She showed me some pieces and i let her know my biggest concern was they measured the same which she insisted the pieces she was showing me was a match. I made an order and when trying to install the laminate she sold me was wider. I called the store and they told me to take my piece and the new one.
