Prosource just sent me a review survey to complete, which helped to open a very sore wound from our experience with Prosource Tempe in 2024.The experience we had with Joyce BergHansen in your PHX office was fantastic, she was very helpful. Our contractor (Durango Masonry) however, worked through your Tempe office team to procure cabinets, flooring, etc. Specifically, Sheri Mitzel and Scott McCracken out of the Tempe office were unprofessional, and that is saying it respectfully.
