I had a disappointing experience at the warehouse during pickup. The one particular staff member responsible for loading and delivery was very rude and unprofessional. He even damaged my car first time loading the tiles, and he blamed me not helping him. He literally has one job! Because of him, I will not go back and would not recommend it to others. ProSource is THE BEST place to find the right items for any remodeling project. They carry more products than anywhere else in the Tampa Bay area. The staff is knowledgeable and courteous and go above and beyond to help you find what you need. This is our 3rd project with ProSource and I wouldn't go anywhere else. There are locations throughout the US and we are willing to travel an hour to an hour and a half in Colorado to work with them for our remodel in the Denver area.
My wife and I had a very good experience with our visit to Prosource of Tampa. Our focus is for flooring for our house and with so many options it was great to have Dwight Manning help us understand the various types of flooring and which might best fit our needs. Thank you very much Dwight!
