We were able to find the color, quality and price to fit within our budget. In addition to flooring, they have a full array of products on display to make improvements to your home.
I couldn't say enough good things about ProSource! I was dreaming of a new kitchen for 15 years! Ed and Laura helped us pick out the materials! Laura helped me design the kitchen that I had been dreaming of for so many years. They also made sure I had all of the materials that were needed to execute my project. Everythig was seamlessly delivered to my home. When something came in scratched, Laura quickly got us a replacement. I didn't have to worry about anything! Our kitchen surpassed my vision, I couldn't be happier.
They ignored my customer for 2 weeks. Then they said 8-10 weeks for delivery. I have to reschedule the install if they choose to purchase from ProSource. Over the past 10 years I have sent a half dozen or so customers to Pro Source and they messed up every time. I always put several months to a couple of years between sending my customers there hoping for a change in management but the designer I always worked with has been promoted to account manager and now I have no faith in their ability to service any of my customers.
